iEcoLab just produced a model of where in the City of Brotherly Love one should go to gain the most benefits from nature. We think that everyone should get benefits from nature. The GIST is that plants with certain traits provide certain benefits like preventing sewage spills and being a home for birds. Plants in Philly are found in different places, some places have lots of plants and others few. By planting smartly with the species with traits that provide multiple benefits and in places where plants are needed by the most with the least, Philly can embrace its brotherly roots again
