iEcoLab was recently funded by the USDA to continue our work on spotted lanternfly! iEcoLab is using mathematical modeling, data science and landscape genetics to explain how spotted lanternfly has spread across the Mid Atlantic. The goal is to understand its past spread to be able to predict its future spread. The USDA funds will support three postdocs and multiple students.
