Current Research
I am a first-year Biology Master’s student in the Interactive Ecology Lab at Temple University. I study invasive species with a primary focus on the recent local invasion of the spotted lanternfly, Lycorma delicatula. I received my Biology, B.S. from Temple University, where I participated in the Science Scholars Program to research the same invasive species. My current work analyzes the interactions between honeydew producing Fulgorids, such as the spotted lanternflies, and the insects which feed on their excretions. I am interested in the interactions between species in urban environments and how these can be exploited to increase biodiversity in such areas.
