My name is Zubair, and I am a second-year pre-med biology major. I am currently working on spotted lanternfly invasion research, and I hope to gain lots of experience working with the iEcoLab research team. As an aspiring physician, research is a necessary and significant aspect of scientific inquiry. Thus, I believe that spotted lanternfly research will develop my understanding of biodiversity, invasive species and ecosystems as a whole. Aside from school and research, I am training as an EMT, and I enjoy playing pool, basketball and volleyball.
