Hannah Assour

I am a sophomore biology with teaching major here at Temple University. I am strongly interested in the impact humans are leaving on our surrounding ecosystems and environments. I strive to learn about the disturbances we have on the biodiversity surrounding us, and what we can do to minimize their effects. Ultimately, I would like to become a science educator, both teaching and taking part in research in these fields.

In the iEcoLab, I have been studying the morphological differences of the anole lizards from Curacao, and comparing different physical features of anoles from natural and urban areas. The ultimate goal is to compile all of the morphological data from all of the different individuals in order to learn more about the impact the environment has on a species.
