The iEcoLab has developed a new seminar series titled “PhinisheD, now what? Exploring career paths in the life sciences.” We will be hosting a series of speakers from various ecology, conservation, and environmental careers to discuss their experience in achieving their career goals. They will also talk about what to expect if you choose a career in their type of organization.
Each presentation will be structured as a conversation guided by a premade list of questions. We also encourage the audience to send questions in the Zoom chat, which will be moderated and directed to the speaker after each section of the conversation.
We plan to have speakers from academia, government, NGOs, and other types of careers. All seminars are on Mondays via Zoom, though times may vary slightly. Please see the table below for our Fall 2021 schedule of speakers and a Zoom link for each seminar.
