New spotted lanternfly postdoc Stephanie Lewkiewicz

Next up for our postdocs, please welcome Dr. Stephanie Lewkiewicz! Stephanie is an applied mathematician focusing on mathematical biology. She completed her Ph.D. in mathematics at UCLA, where she conducted research on the population dynamics of T-cells. Stephanie joined the iEcoLab in January 2020 to work on the spotted lanternfly invasion with Dr. Helmus, and she is also working with Dr. Benjamin Seibold in Temple’s mathematics department. Her research focuses on partial differential equation (PDE) models of spotted lanternfly population dynamics across the United States.
