Our summer Undergraduate Research Program (URP) students Camille, Hannah, and Lahari have all finished up their work in the iEcoLab for the summer. For the past few months, Lahari worked on the Biodiversity and Sustainability project analyzing sustainability reports of clothing and coffee companies frequented by Temple students. She made the word cloud above, which displays roots of commonly used keywords in the companies’ sustainability reports related to both environmental sustainability and social practices. Camille and Hannah spent their summer measuring geckos for the Human Impacts on Curacao Biodiversity project, along with doing fieldwork for the Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services project. Thanks to all three for their hard work this summer, and we look forward to having them continue their work in the iEcoLab in the fall!
